SERVICE AGREEMENT
We keep things simple:
- One powerful Service Plan with the most components.
- Inspection of your heating system (Oil, Gas, Steam, Water & Forced Air)
- Full 24-hour emergency service/ 365 days per year.
- Annual system tune-up.
We suggest that each customer sign up for our Service Agreement This is smart and is the easiest way to extend the life of your heating system.
If you have the chance of being home when we perform your ATU (Annual Tune-Up), come and watch. We use state of the art diagnostic computer-testing equipment. This allows us to fine tune your heating system and boost your burner’s efficiency.
We will run a test before we start and generate a printout for you. When we are done, another printout will be generated and both of these reports will be left with you. Compare just the bottom numbers and you will see how we increased the efficiency. The more efficient your boiler, the less fuel (oil or gas) you will need during the winter.
