For Oil Customers:
IS IT COLD IN YOUR HOUSE?
If your oil burner fails to operate, we have a simple 8-step Self Check guide, which you can perform before making a service call. Follow the troubleshooting steps on the Steam System card or the Hot Water System card.
Print out the card, which applies to your system. Take the card right into your basement so the burner is right in front of you. When oriented, start the 8 steps.

For Gas Customers:
Due to the volatility of natural gas, please call us if you smell gas or the system stops operating. Remember that we are licensed plumbers and in Westchester County ONLY licensed plumbers are permitted to work with gas.
