EXPLANATION OF THE DIFFERENT PRICE PLANSFIXED PRICE PROGRAM:

Under this Price Plan, whatever price you secure as the “Fixed Price” will be the price you pay per gallon for oil during the above stated time limits. You are locked in at this price, and it does not fluctuate no matter what happens in the oil market.

CAPPED PRICE PROGRAM:
This program starts October 1, 2010, and runs through April 30, 2011.

Under this Price Plan, whatever price you secure as the “Cap” is your “Ceiling”. This means that unlike the “Fixed” program, your price for oil will have the ability to fluctuate according to the oil market. This program offers a price that will be the most you will pay for oil during the above stated time limits and will not go higher; however, under this program, the price you pay per gallon has the ability to drop to a cheaper price if the market goes down. There is a premium added to this type of protection. The premium is to cover the added protection to have a top price, but unlimited downside protection.*

*Please be aware, due to extreme market volatility the premium involved in the Capped Price Program can be very expensive, and should be well thought out prior to securing.

The prices for Capped and Fixed programs may change on a daily basis. Therefore, please check our website or contact the office prior to signing up for either of these programs. Customers should be aware that there is an application fee assocated with these programs, and terms and conditions apply.
