I knew it would be important to locate the right company for service and maintenance. The previous owner had recommended Total Fuel. Being new to the area, I followed up on this recommendation.
Several days after I moved in, I had a meeting with Danny Falcone of Total Fuel. As we sat in my kitchen...moving boxes stacked up around us...Danny gave me an overview of his company. I really liked the fact the management team who is also active in the day-to-day services and maintenance operations owns TOTAL.
The owners do the work and their livelihood...and their family’s livelihood...depends on the quality of their service and work product. I had a good comfort level with Danny and Total and I decided to sign service agreements for both heating and air conditioning that evening. It proved to be a very good decision.
Approximately 3-4 weeks after the initial meeting, I came home to find water flowing out of the light sockets. I ran upstairs and into the attic and located the problem. Water was leaking from an air valve in my Air Conditioning system.
I could not shut the water off and called Total, cell phone in one hand a bucket in the other. Billy Schultz was in my house within 20 minutes and quickly remedied the problem. It was an emergency and Total was there for me. Total delivered everything that Danny Falcone had promised at a time when I needed it most.
I have since worked with Total on a regular basis and I am on a first name basis with many of their employees. I have refereed Total to a number of my friends and associates.
They are dependable...responsive...reasonably priced...and most importantly, deliver a first class work product. I highly recommend this Total Fuel for plumbing, heating, a/c and fuel supply.
