Dear Mr. Cowen,

I just want to say that we had a problem with our boiler and your company sent a mechanic (Billy) over to fix it today. The problem was intermittent and, when Billy arrived, the system was actually up-and-running. However, in spite of my apologetic demeanor, Billy assured me that if I felt there was enough of a problem to call, then there was surely an issue to address and he would take care of it. In fact, there turned out to be a clogged fuel line, which he fixed and now things seem to be OK.

I want to say how much I appreciated Billy’s professionalism and skills as we have our coldest night of the season coming up tonight. Thank you!
