WHY DO I NEED YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT?
Our Service Agreement provides “peace of mind” in that most repair bills will be covered and a yearly tune up is included in the price. Another advantage is that you are also covered under our automatic fill plan. This insures you don’t run out of oil and your equipment will work more smoothly as a result.
WHEN WILL YOU PERFORM THE ANNUAL SYSTEM TUNE-UP?
We schedule the Annual Tune Up (ATU) between April 15 and September 30, Monday through Friday. During the heating season our technicians must be able to respond rapidly to emergency calls.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE THE TIME OF A SERVICE CALL?
With our Nextel/GPS system we are always in touch with our men and will get them to you as soon as possible. Emergency no heat calls and homes with infants or the elderly must be serviced first. Schedule Service Call
WHAT ARE THE COMFORT CREDITS?
To show our appreciation for your business, we will give you a $50 equipment credit for each year you are with us. Click here or under Current Customers on the navigation bar for more information.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE NO HEAT?
Go to TROUBLESHOOTING under Current Customers on the navigation bar or click here. Follow the steps for either a Steam System or a Hot Water System. Then print out the page you need and keep this as a home reference tool.
